Where do I check in?
You may check-in directly at the rental home. We will provide instructions on how to use our secure entry system approximately two weeks
prior to your arrival.

When is check-in?
Check-in time begins at 4 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival.

When is check-out?
Check-out time is 10 a.m. on your scheduled departure date. Late check-out may be available depending on occupancy. An additional fee
may apply. Please contact us for further details.

Do I need to bring linens?
No. We provide professionally cleaned sheets and towels for all our rental homes. However, we ask that you provide your own sheets for the
pack-and-play, if you wish to use it.

Do you provide paper products, soaps and other household supplies?
Yes. We offer a supply of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, bath soap, shampoo, dishwashing soap and laundry detergent.

Do the rental homes have washers and dryers?
All vacation homes that we manage include a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is also provided.

Is housekeeping available?
Yes. We offer cleaning services during your stay, if pre-arranged, for an additional fee. Our high housekeeping standards ensure each
vacation home is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure.

Is there a cleaning fee for homes and condominiums?
Yes. A one- time check-out cleaning fee is charged for each stay and is dependent on the size of the selected rental home.

Can I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed in “Pet Friendly Homes” only. Prior approval and a $15/night/per pet fee is required if you are bring a pet(s). Pets are not
allowed on the furniture or bedding at any time. Pets must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated. Please clean up all pet refuse.
In the event our housekeeper must clean this, you will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, which will be charged to the
credit card provided.

Are bikes provided?
Some vacation rental owners offer bikes for their guests. We encourage guests to check the condition of each bike to ensure they are in safe
riding condition.

Can we use the resort pools if staying in a private home or condominium?
We offer “unlimited-use” passes to the SHARC Aquatics Facility. The lap pool at the Sage Springs Club & Spa (for guests 14 and older) is
open to the public but has a fee.

Are towels available at the pools?
We provide towels for each guest to use at the hot tub and SHARC Aquatics Facility. We ask that you do not take the bath towels provided
in your accommodation to these facilities. The community pool operated by the Sunriver Owners Association does not offer towels.
Guests will need to bring their own towels.
